THE PROJECT:

The Idea of this project was to create three stickers and to learn how to set up your document and die cuts so that when you give the document to the printer it is set up correctly. Which for me was somewhat of a challenge, just to get the die cuts to work properly.

SKETCHES:

So initially I wanted to make stickers from some stuff I saw on a game called Overwatch. So I started to sketch stuff that was popping into my head:

And I even started to get some stuff down on illustrator:

But it didn’t really catch my interest at all. So I started from scratch and started to do stuff for mass effect.

THE DRAFT:

So I started to get different ideas and inspiration for something mass effect:

I ultimately decided to go with three guns from mass effect.

I really loved how these turned out, I went with a pistol, a rifle, and a sniper. I really didn’t have much to do for a final because the draft turned out so well. But I still had to make the die-cut lines for them. This is more or less what they will look like when they are printed and put on something.

The Final:

I feel like a accomplished what I sent out to do, I created three stickers, and I learn and used the die-cut lines popularly. Overall this was one of my more favorite projects, it was really fun learning how to do stickers. And how to set them up for a printer.
